Shipping Policy for Retail Jewelry Orders
We ship items worldwide. Your jewelry order will be sent to you in an insured manner. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days after receiving the payment. We ship orders in weekdays, except on holidays. Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. If you have any additional request after placing the order, such as custom logo, yellow/rose gold plating, then shipping handling time will take another 7 working days extra accordingly.
Shipping is FREE OF COST worldwide for all retail orders.
If you want Priority or Express shipping then you can send request before making a payment of your order.
Once an order is dispatched by us we will notify you of the tracking number through email given by you when the order was placed. If in case we fail to dispatch your order in time, then we'll reach you within 2 business days to let you know the reason of your held up a shipment.
We recommend all our valued customers to inspect your package for damage before signing the receipt.
If the parcel is undelivered or goes missing we are liable to issue a refund of full value or replacement of items.
Shipping Policy for Wholesale Jewelry Orders
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping wholesale jewelry orders to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, certain factors are beyond our control. Our policy regarding shipping and logistics issues is as follows:
Shipping Charges:
For wholesale orders, the shipping charges are calculated on basis of city of delivery, total weight of the goods and type of shipping company. When you place the wholesale order, we shall calculate the exact shipping expense and let you know by email. Shipping charges include freight, insurance, Indian custom clearance charges, agent charges and packaging. You will be fully responsible for any charges, import (customs) duties and taxes applicable in your country and to be paid by you only.
Delayed Shipments:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen external factors. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are subject to change. No refunds will be issued for shipping delays.
Lost or Misplaced Packages:
If the package is lost due to the carrier’s fault, the refund will be issued by the insurance company, provided that the shipment was insured before dispatch and the customer opted and paid for insurance. If the package was not insured, we will not be liable for any refund, replacement, or compensation for lost shipments.
Damaged Shipments:
If the package arrives damaged, customers must file a claim with the carrier. If the shipment was insured, we will assist in processing the claim with the insurance provider. Refunds or replacements will only be provided based on the insurance company’s approval.
Undeliverable Packages & Return to Sender:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, non-availability of the recipient, or failure to clear customs, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Additionally, any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon the package’s return to our country will be the customer’s responsibility, as the return will be considered an import on our end. These charges must be settled before reshipping or issuing any further instructions regarding the order. No refunds will be issued for shipping charges in such cases.
