Refund Policy for Retail Jewelry Orders
Your satisfaction is very important to us as we stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please let us know that you are returning the jewelry and inform us the reason of your dissatisfaction. and we guarantee a refund or exchange.
Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewelry. The item must be returned in its original condition. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a refund will not be issued. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our company's fault. We can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when your package was delivered to us.

Refund Policy for Wholesale Jewelry Orders
At Lavie Jewelz, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and a seamless wholesale experience. As our jewelry is either custom-manufactured or selected from ready stock, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness while considering the costs involved in production and stock management.
Custom wholesale orders and ready stock orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. However, in case of defects, we may offer a partial refund or replacement.
Refunds for Manufacturing Defects:
If an item has a verified manufacturing defect, notify us within 2 days of receiving the shipment with clear images/videos.
We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the defect.
Minor variations in color, weight, size, or finishing are not considered defects, as handmade Jewelry and natural gemstones may have slight natural differences.
Refund Processing Time:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method or store credit.
