Order Cancellation Policy for Retail Jewelry Orders
If any reason, you like to cancel the order then please "Contact Us" And Make Sure To Include Your Order Number. Or Call/whatsapp +91-637 633 6679 Or Mail At laviejewelz1@gmail.com, within 24 hours after placing the order.
Cancellations or product changes are free within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, cancellations will incur a 15% cancellation fee, deducted from the total amount, with the remaining balance refunded.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
Order Cancellation Policy for Wholesale Jewelry Orders
For Ready Stock Orders:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment.
A 10% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
For Custom-Manufactured Orders:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment. A 10% processing fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
Once production begins, cancellations will not be accepted, as raw materials, labor, and manufacturing costs are incurred.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order fully or partially. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases.
We will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account and you will receive the refund amount within 7 working days.
